Recovery basis — no recovery, no fee
We work on a recovery basis. If we don't recover money for you, you owe us nothing.
We never take your minerals
We never take any part of your minerals, royalties, or future production as payment. The law prohibits it, and so do we. Your ownership stays yours.
Everything in writing, signed by you
Any agreement is in writing and signed by you before any work begins. Nothing happens until you've reviewed and signed it.
The recovery is the hard part — and that's ours
The records are public, and we won't pretend otherwise. But reconstructing the ownership history, documenting the claim, and carrying it through the operators and the state is the real work — and that's exactly what you're paying us to do.
